Please submit one of the following documents plus contact information. Include your name, teacher, and music institution if it applies. If you are applying from outside of the United States please contact us, so that we can identify the proper documentation to qualify.

• College Board SAT or ACT fee waiver documentation. For more information on the College Board fee waiver process, please visit their website.

• Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch program (FRPL) documentation.

• Documentation showing that your school has waived the common applicant fee
